Complaints regarding the contents published on the Fleetbar website

Fleetbar respects the intellectual property rights of others and wants to offer a platform that does not contain content that violates those rights. Our License Agreement requires that information sent by Members is accurate, legal and not in violation of third party rights. To promote these goals, Fleetbar provides a procedure for filing complaints about the content sent by our Members. Our information and our procedures are described and mentioned in the following sections.


Know that, regardless of whether the access is disabled or the content removed, Fleetbar can make an attempt in good faith to transmit the written notification, including the information regarding the contact details of the complainant to the Member who sent the content and / or take other reasonable actions to inform the Member that Fleetbar has received notice of an alleged infringement of intellectual property rights or other content infringement. Our disclosure also provides, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable and / or remove the accounts of Members or groups, depending on the circumstances, which repeatedly damage or usurp the rights of others or that otherwise publish illegal content.


Please note that each notification or reply submitted must be truthful and must be presented with awareness of the penalty for false declarations. False notification or replication can lead to personal liability. He can then proceed to request a legal opinion before submitting a notification or a reply.


Notification for copyright infringement:

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), Fleetbar has established procedures to receive written notice of reported violations. LinkedIn has also designated a manager to receive notifications regarding claims for copyright infringement. If you believe in good faith that your copyright has been infringed, you can complete and submit a notification form regarding copyright infringement, or otherwise send us a written communication containing:

1. An electronic or manual signature of the person authorized to act in the name of the copyright holder concerned;

If you believe a copyright infringement notification has been improperly filed against you, you can file a reply, in accordance with Sections 512 (g) (2) and (3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. You can write to us and tell us all the details of the violation.
